1. Can I add more than one picture to my account?
Yes, having added an image to your account you will need to type in the Proof Card ID and password from your proof card into the Proof Card ID and password and then click add photo to your account.

2. What if I have forgotten my password?
You will need to click on the login button type your email address in and then click forgotten password. We will send you an email with a new password.

3. What if some of my family abroad wish to view the image?
Yes you can do this. When you have put the image into your account you will have to make sure you have shared it. Having done this, you will have to give anybody you wish to see the image the original Proof Card ID and passwords from the proof card and the web link. They will be able to go online and create their own account with the pictures in.

4. What if my child moves schools can I still build and add to my folio?
The original image will stay there for you to order but new images will only be added if the new school has a photography who uses your school pics services.
